Fairchild-Hiller FH-1100, Army prototypes originally designated HO-5, then later redesignated OH-5A. It was one of three designs selected by the U.S. Army for prototype evaluation in response to the LOH (Light Observation Helicopter) competition.

Travis,
I knew that was too easy. If we're getting technical the photo is the YOH-5A as the "Y" denoted a prepoduction prototype and the pic is from the LOH competition flyoff. You also might be interested in the weapon system mounted to the side. It is the XM-7 twin M60C system. Each of the three LOH competitors mounted the system differently. Looks like you're up.
Well, you're right about it being a Ka-25, that's obvious enough. Just a brief hint: It was an attept at a civilian passenger / cargo version, with a certain *external* lifting capability.

Here is my next challenge. It should be more difficult. I would have posted a Convair proposal as an upgrade to the Model 49 but my files are missing.
The photo attached to the above post is actually the YEH-60B SOTAS (Stand Off Target Aquisition System) bird. Here's the real deal before she got the SLAR boom. Notice the long legs on the landing gear.

Aww monkey-trumpets! Well the ECM jammer version uses a revolving radar(?) just like it. Sowy. :(
Not sure if there is some specific designation you are looking for but that is the Sea Apache proposal as fara s I know. I believe that is conceptual artwork done by Hughes.

"Sea Apache" remained a concept and was never given one. However, it did bear an alternate name: "Gray Thunder" (Ha!)
The design was refined about three times (current challenge shows the third proposal) but the project was not funded, and so the Marines continued using Sea Cobras instead.
