Here is a shrouded-rotor aircraft inspired by the Mi-24 and the Hanneton. I made a mistake in putting a second NATO emblem on the front, but its only fanart.Â

I did this one a couple of days ago. The design is based on an aircraft I saw in a dream. What's funny is that in the dream I was so excited to spot this aircraft flying over my house I ran to my computer to tell Stephane and Hesham about it and ask them which aircraft it was.Â
And this I did today during a break in class. It was CAHSEE testing for Math today...
I don't know what attack helicopter this is, but I think its based on VFW-Fokker's submission to the PAH competition around the 80's.
My scanner is broken so all I can do is take photos of them.

What's so funny about that? It's just a profile of the Aleel AL-25 "Stingray". Everyone knows that!
Superb profile drawings Stingray! The first looks like something NASA or Boeing would propose... almost. I personally don't see the need for the two smaller vertical rotors, but hey the laws of physics don't apply to dreams. The second looks like a combination of the Apache with the Tiger, with engines from an early concept version of the WZ-10. All are very great works of art, good job!Â

It's a funny coincidence you should say that, because I drew a similar design once! Purely just for art of course, as an aerospace engineer I don't see such a design flying anytime soon.
By the way Stingray, I love the new drawings! No, VFW-Fokker didn't design a helo like that, so it's safe for you to claim it as your own.

I was just checking the VFW-Fokker thread here and it looks a lot like the Westland/VFW-Fokker P.277 "Fledermaus" attack helicopter, so this is probably what he was talking about. Still it looks pretty original!
Boeing-Vertol Model 894 "Firehawk" tri-rotor aircraft I designed for DSS's Futurama fan fiction "Terminator Mutant Liberation", in which it was a EARTH-1 personnel transport and armed aerial scout aircraft. I designed a second one for the fun of it since I liked the design, as a gunship. Sorry, DSS, that I did not make the Flying Crane version yet.
