Sure, why not?
Digging up some old art:
very good, the one witht the aliens in futurama would make a good movie
Keep Low. Move Fast. First Kill. Die LastOne Shot. One Kill. No Luck. Pure Skill.
From left to right: Edoardo (Italian Dragon), Travis (me, Stingray), Leela, Dylan (DSS), and Vince.
they would all make good Futurama movies, especially twilight depths
Atmosphere processing tower (unfinnished drawing)
The film Dark Star
USS Dreadnaught concept 6
Bloodstained asteroid base...
Why do these things have to happen to me?
It took me two whole days to get this far in the drawing. The third night I was in bed working on it, hunched over the drawing to examine every detail I made... until I get a runny nose. I reach for tissue and of course nothing is wrong. A few seconds later, *splat*... my nose bleeds heavily. How? There was no possible way this could happen. Its like it started bleeding for the soul purpose of ruining this drawing!!
it is still incredibly good
And here is my latest... I stayed up 'till 5:00AM to complete it.
And an attempt to color it, but it's too "cheery" for my taste.
too many glowing lights, maby dim them down or take some out
Neat drawing! Kinda feels like Blade Runner and Batman Beyond spilced into one.
May the Glory of Gaea be with you
Concept drawing for a military heavy intra-system shuttle.
Used for quick interplanetary or intra-system transportation, cargo-hauling, or surface bombing; Four hybrid booster engines with transatmospheric capability and multi-directional thrusters; Advanced communication system with "blade antennae" for reaching system-wide frequencies, plus universal communications with any type of air/space vehicle; Weather radar under nose, "needle" air-data probe mounted on nose, anti-collision early-warning system with automatic evasion and course-correction, infrared and NV tracking and targeting software, interplanetary or intra-system target tracking radar evident with convertible dish able to stow away in the fuselage to prevent blockage of airflow to the upper transatmospheric intake.
Fairly simple drawing to make, it only took an hour-and-a-half.
there is no way i could ever draw as good as that
Stingray, I love the amount of detail you put in your art. You have the same style as the artists Ron Cobb and Chris Foss. Please continue.
who are they, are they famous artists
Please remember: Google is your friend... and Wikipedia is too.
OF COURSE they are artists, and great ones with that. Respected sci-fi illustrators who also worked in movies.
A compilation of my best works from ages 12 and up.
Hi Stingray, I enjoyed the video. The music is beautiful and blended very well with your drawings. What is the name of it?
Thanks!! I used these two tracks:
Both of which were used in the 1979 film Alien.
Some Paint.NET practice:
